Negative space

What age counts as a child when booking?

In the winter, children under 16 years old (on return date of travel) pay child prices.

Do you cater for children with additional needs?

We are happy to assist should your child have any additional needs. We would ask that you telephone our Reservations team prior to booking your holiday to discuss arrangements, including the possibility of one-to-one care should it be required.

What are the children's meal times?

Our chefs and childcare managers work closely together to ensure that the meals we produce are nutritious and tasty and appealing to children. If your child has any special dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us when booking your holiday.
  • Breakfast: Children to be supervised by parents.
  • Lunch: Children booked into children’s clubs and lunching at the chalet hotel are supervised by the childcare team.
  • High tea: Supervised by parents, a high tea is served at 5pm to the younger children (not available on dine-out evening).
If your child has special dietary requirements, you will be asked to complete a form which will ask you about any requirements.

What beds types does Mark Warner offer for children?

Children aged two and over will have a bed. If you need a bed ‘side’ to prevent them falling out, please request this via our After Sales department on 0333 305 7121.

What is included in the ski holiday package?

  • Flights

  • Transfers to and from the resort

  • Chalet/hotel accommodation

  • Welcome drinks and canapes

  • Breakfast. Served from 7.30am - 10am

  • Afternoon tea. Served from 4.30pm - 5.30pm

  • 3 course dinner with wine. Bookings from 7.30 - 8.30pm

  • There is a chalet night off, so guests can dine out at a local restaurant

  • Lift pass collection


    Chargeable extras include; a superb childcare service (4 months - 12 years), in-house beauty salons, reserved ski school places for adults and children and ski and snowboard hire.

What is a childshare price?

A childshare price is the cost of the child when going over the occupancy of a room. This child would usually be on an extra bed, so we offer a discount from the child price to the child share price.
  • In the summer, children 2-11 years (on return date of travel) pay child prices.
  •  In the winter, children 2-15 years (on return date of travel) pay child prices.

How does the ski school drop off and collection work?

Children booked into our Mini and Kidz clubs will be taken to/from morning ski school lessons, if you have booked into Evolution 2 through us. During peak season this will be extended to include full day lessons.

What time is the evening childcare?

Our supervised evening childcare service  is open from 7:30pm - 10.30pm daily (closed on transfer day and the dine-out evening). The evening listening service is only available for those who have booked daytime childcare and is included in the cost.

What time does the daytime childcare run?

During winter - For Babies, Toddlers and Minis we are open 6 days a week from  9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
Kidz Club is open 5 days a week from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
