Skiing at Christmas and over the New Year is the perfect way to bring family and friends together over a mug of mulled wine and a mince pie after a long day on the slopes. Our chef team has created the menu, which features a choice of traditional turkey, fillet of sea bass with lemon and tarragon beurre blanc or a vegetarian option - nut roast with salsa rosa.Round off your celebrations on a sweet note with our traditional Christmas pudding, Eton mess or local French cheese, followed by our delicious petits fours, served in the bar.
