We had a fantastic week in Tignes. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay lovely. Our 18 month old loved the crèche which meant we could enjoy full days on the piste. The food was outstanding - restaurant quality with great service. Location was great. Right by a bus stop, a few mins from the runs.
Yes, the pool is too cold. The jacuzzi section is just about warm enough. But this is a minor niggle. The room was a bit dated but I expect this in chalets in the alps. Internet could be patchy but again, it was a minor niggle as we weren’t in the room a lot.
My main request would be better communication before the trip. We got a very handy leaflet on the coach in France explaining what we would need to provide for the nursery. I wish we’d had this in advance. Likewise, I packed pool towels and these were provided. So a bit more pre-trip comms would have been appreciated.

I couldn’t fault Marl Warner’s hospitality. The food was spot on, the beds were very comfortable and the staff couldn’t be more helpful . Wee we’re also very luck y because the sliing was superb the week we were in Tignes .

Excellent week skiing, friendly helpful staff, great ski area and fantastic snow conditions. Few niggles with the hotel (saunas and steam rooms not working, coffee machine a joke) but for the price a fantastic week.

We had a wonderful holiday with Mark Warner, my husband said it’s the best holiday he’s ever been on.
The chalet was in a great position in resort. The staff were fantastic, especially Kat the assistant manager, Lilly who cleaned our room and served our dinner and also Olivia who served us in the restaurant she was on the ball and give us such great service. All the team were friendly and worked so hard making sure we had the best holiday we appreciate all of you!
A massive thank you to the chefs, as the food was delicious, a lovely selection each evening, great portion sizes. We have nothing but positive things to say.
The only negative would be that the pool was slightly on the cooler side, but it didn’t bother my kids and I actually quite enjoyed the challenge of submerging in the cool water plus the added benefit of cold water submersion on the muscles was great.
We would definitely book again!

Fantastic service from Mark Warner as usual, especially the local staff (including the hotel that Mark Warner use) who were always pleasant and professional. And of course a special thank you to Mandy who is always wonderful and helpful.

2nd visit. Generally a nice resort, facilities, food, staff and sports. HOWEVER there are a number of things which were really disappointing, tired and in need of repair. The sun beds around the pool are in a poor condition (around the adult pool at least 10 beds were unusable). Your customers would stack them to one side in a clear and obvious statement of faultiness but they would simply be put out again for use. Toilet facilities, several unusable through out our stay. A large percentage had no locks. The condition of many of the bikes was poor - at one point I counted 4 road and 13 MTBs unusable. Staff were excellent with the exception of the Padel coach - mysogynistic and bullying, we were there to be taught and allowed to play, not told openly that we were no good.
