Lovely resort well run and spotlessly clean. Daily room clean/towel change and great to have beach towels too. Catering was pretty good - excellent choices and quality food wise although the buffet felt a bit school like. The waterfront was pretty good and well run with lots of equipment all in fairly good condition despite it being end of season. It’s a fabulous beach too and super windy when we were there which is a plus for sailing/windsurfing. Plenty of bikes and although we didn’t play tennis the set up obviously was popular.
Negatives are a “canteen/like” feel due to the size of the hotel and the architecture in places - unattractive corridors joining buildings felt very utilitarian!
Location wise it’s quite isolated and not easy to get to which meant hiring a car wasn’t as interesting as we had hoped as places of interest are a long difficult drive away.
Staff all lovely smiley and helpful as MW staff usually are.

Beautiful resort on a gorgeous island. All the staff are polite, helpful and kind. The activities are amazing. The childcare staff are truly brilliant. The beach staff ensure you are safe and well supervised. My holiday was amazing!

The holiday was great and my two older teenage boys enjoyed the activities and their respective groups. Food variety and quality was good. Alice was fabulous as was Phil who organised all the padel. The tennis was ok with Evan as lead coach but Harry was severely lacking in any teaching or organisational skills. I felt the coaching side of things could've been better with the tennis. The Indy club kept the teens busy - strong males should be organising teenage boys though - who are constantly pushing boundaries at this age. Annoyed they weren't reminded on a regular basis about applying sun screen! Lots of burnt bodies and faces without parents around to supervise.

Food was excellent.
lovely windy spot for watersports, unfortunately earlier season beach staff were better at the same location in June.
More loungers and sun shades required on the beach.

The resort complex was clean and tidy. All the staff, both Mark Warner and resort staff was friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were always welcoming and happy to help, whether that was resetting a table, helping children or clearing a table. The activities offered was good and with the water sports, it was really helpful having staff to help get equipment set up and get you in and out of the water.

We have been on several Mark warner holidays because we love the variety of activities. It makes for a great ‘Family Holiday!’ Sue (The Manager) was brilliant. Friendly, smiley and professional. I can see why people go back to see her and her Team. The food was great too. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the coaching. Tennis and cycling. We didn’t sail or windsurf. Thank you.

Exactly what we expected from a MW holiday having been on them before albeit not since 2018. Staff all really great both MW and the local hotel team including the GM who was visible throughout the whole week. We put the Padel courts to good use and the tennis courts. Went on two cycling trips but really too hot for that and not enough quiet roads. Sailing was good albeit could have done with more wind but not a lot MW could have done about that !
We don’t expect a top class hotel but the hotel did feel like it is in need of a general refresh
especially
the rooms. The AC didn’t work properly in our room and there was a smell of drains from the bathroom.
There were 7 of us two parents 3 kids (18-22) plus 2 boy friends and we all had a fab time.

All 4 of us really enjoyed our family holiday - from kids club, to taking part in everything on offer. The actual resort is really attractive, established trees/plants, lovely sun loungers and pool. The food and staff were v. good. The kit and variety of activities was great, especially fly yoga - rare to be able to try that ! Brilliant you left the tennis and pickle ball equipment out - i often saw guests (incl, teenagers) just nip on court for a quick hit - not a phone in sight !
The rooms are fairly basic, and beds are very hard. The Turkish run the very loud bar on the beach, which started with loud music around 10pm and went on until midnight. Hard bed and loud music meant we didn't sleep very well. Bit of shame on that front, but everything else good.
We'd def go back, but perhaps with sleeping pills next time x

The only disappointment was the lack of communication when the boat trip we had booked was cancelled - I only found out a couple of hours before when I went to check with the hotel reception. I hotel issue but still annoying as we hadn't been put on the replacement trip the following day.

Great food and hotel staff very friendly.
MW team made kids club and courses fun.
My daughter’s second week was lacking other children they could have teamed up with another group.
Hotel a bit tired with leaky shower but great views and rooms spacious. Wonderful sunsets and great cycling.
Local town nice with castle and shops.
