Up the tempo or tone it down
We have a full schedule of fitness and activities throughout the day at all of our beach resorts so if you haven't worked out for a while or need to maintain your current fitness levels we have a variety of programmes on offer including beach HIIT and Abs attack to aqua. Early risers can enjoy a morning run, there's stretch and tone sessions for the body and mind, or an up tempo aerobics class for a more energetic workout.
5-a-side-football
For those that enjoy a bit of team sport, waterpolo and beach volleyball are played at some resorts. A competitive 5-a-side football game at our Levante Beach Resort is a great way to end the day.
