If you fancy taking the opportunity to work on your fitness while you are on an active holiday, we have plenty of activities to help you feel good and all are included in the price of your holiday.

Up the tempo or tone it down

We have a full schedule of fitness and activities throughout the day at all of our beach resorts so if you haven't worked out for a while or need to maintain your current fitness levels we have a variety of programmes on offer including beach HIIT and Abs attack to aqua. Early risers can enjoy a morning run, there's stretch and tone sessions for the body and mind, or an up tempo aerobics class for a more energetic workout.  

5-a-side-football

For those that enjoy a bit of team sport, waterpolo and beach volleyball are played at some resorts. A competitive 5-a-side football game at our Levante and Lakitira Beach Resorts is a great way to end the day.
