A relatively flat island with many beautiful beaches, pretty harbours and villages. See the entire island over the course of a week. Lemnos Beach Resort provides a great opportunity for road and off road cycling. The varying routes of tours encompass different elements such as tough climbs and fast descents; with the terrain wavering on each tour from smooth to loose rocky routes. Challenging tours are categorised by total distance covered.
Our resident guides are on hand to help with any queries and take numerous tours across the week. They know the best tracks and sights, not forgetting lovely Greek tavernas for those refreshing breaks. If you prefer to go it alone they provide maps and helpful suggestions to see you on your way.

Purpose: Recreational hardtail mountain bike, predominately off-road cycling. This bike is lightweight, reliable, fast and fun

Duration: 2 hours
Riders take the smooth costal road from resort into Myrina down by the small port and beautiful harbour. Head to the main shopping mall proceeding with a tour of Myrina Castle and a coffee break.
Riders will then be guided back on to the main road out of Myrina and back over a small hill to resort.

Terrain: 60% road 40% gravel
Duration: 2 hours
Start off-road towards Thanos taking the donkey track that offers spectacular views across Thanos Bay. Hit a 200m single track with many large rocks and water ruts. Quite technical, riders simply go at their own pace.
After a coffee break climb out of Thanos to see lovely views over Myrina and its castle. Follow a downhill road section back to resort.

Terrain: Road 80% Gravel 20%
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Start out on a donkey track closely followed by a 200m technical, single track section. Once through, carry on off road until a short climb into Thanos.
Riders follow a long 5km road winding down some smooth roads and cruising into the village of Kontias. After a break and to admire the windmills, riders head down to Kontias and it’s small village square.
