What's new at Mark Warner for summer 2026

The summer of 2026 is shaping up to be the best one yet at Mark Warner. More sports. More flexibility. More ways to make every day count. Whether that's out on the water, on the court, or simply stretched out with a cold drink in the sun.

Here's everything that's new across the four Mediterranean resorts: Aeolian Village on Lesvos, Lemnos Beach Club on Lemnos, Paleros Beach Club on the Ionian coast, and Phokaia Beach Club in Foca on the west coast of Turkey.

Tennis, padel and pickleball: Something for every level

Racquet sports have always been at the heart of a Mark Warner holiday. For 2026, the whole programme gets a fresh look.

New inclusive Tennis Clinics make the court accessible to beginners and casual players; a relaxed, one-hour session to get a feel for the game without any pressure. If you're ready to go further, the Classic Tennis Course now includes a 30-minute private lesson built in, giving you that personal touch on top of the group sessions. Prefer to compete? Weekly tournaments, cardio drills and social tennis are all on the schedule, and all included in your holiday.

Padel is expanding fast, with new introductory sessions, pre-bookable courses and a lively social schedule, particularly at Paleros and Aeolian Village. And pickleball (the sport that's taken over everywhere from Brighton to Barcelona) now has dedicated court time, weekly tournaments and social sessions running six times a week across all resorts. Whether you've played before or you're simply curious, this is the summer to try it.

Activity Weeks: Get serious about a sport you love

Want to come home genuinely better at something? The Activity Weeks programme has grown again for 2026, with dedicated weeks for tennis, windsurfing, yoga and sailing taking place in May, June and September.

Each one combines expert coaching with the full Mark Warner holiday experience around it. Meaning the evenings, the food, the social side all stay exactly as they should be.

Sailing and windsurfing weeks are included in the holiday price. The intensive tennis week carries a supplement of £395 per person, and the yoga retreat an additional £200 per person.

Watersports: More ways to get on the water

The watersports programme has been restructured across all four resorts, making it easier than ever to progress at your own pace. Sailing and windsurfing now run structured three-hour sessions for beginners and improvers, with small-group clinics, enhanced 'PLUS' options for extra tuition, and weekly race events; the Sunset Challenge and the Big Race to round out the week.

  • Rowing comes to Paleros. The calm Ionian Sea and light winds make it perfect for beginners. Join the dedicated 'Intro to Row' session, or set your alarm for the early morning 'Rise and Row' before breakfast. Included in the holiday price.
  • Stand-up paddleboarding now features introductory sessions and scenic sunset paddles at all resorts. A perfect way to explore the bay at your own speed.
  • Wingfoiling and Wingsurfing exclusive to Aeolian Village on Lesvos, give more adventurous guests something genuinely new to try.
  • Waterskiing and wakeboarding remain on offer at Paleros and Lemnos, and windsurfing continues all the way from complete beginner to RYA certification at most resorts.

Cycling: A new fleet worth getting excited about

Cycling gets a significant upgrade in 2026. A new pay-as-you-go fleet of Cervélo Caledonia Rival eTap bikes is available to pre-book at all resorts. Proper performance bikes for guests who want to make the most of the roads around the resort. At Paleros, an expanded fleet of carbon road bikes adds even more options for riders who want to push themselves a little harder.

Fitness: A completely refreshed programme

The 2026 fitness timetable has been rebuilt from the ground up, with classes running throughout the day to suit every level. Think Stretch Flow, Guided Meditation, Breath Work, Aqua Aerobics and early morning runs - all included in your holiday. There's something on the schedule from the moment you wake up to the moment you want to wind down.

Social activities and leisure: New additions across all resorts

Beyond the sports, the leisure programme has expanded too. Boules (pétanque) and spikeball; a fast, fun mix of volleyball and foursquare, are now available at all four resorts. Three guided morning walks take place each week at every location. Volleyball and water polo (at all resorts except Aeolian Village) add a team element for guests who like a bit of friendly competition.

Big news for guests in the North and West of England, and in Scotland: weekly regional flights from Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh to Paleros Beach Club are now available. No need to trek to Gatwick. Just show up, get on the plane, and let the holiday begin.

Ready to book?
