In the winter, children under 16 years old (on return date of travel) pay child prices.
We are happy to assist should your child have any additional needs. We would ask that you telephone our Reservations team prior to booking your holiday to discuss arrangements, including the possibility of one-to-one care should it be required.
Children aged two and over will have a bed. If you need a bed ‘side’ to prevent them falling out, please request this via our After Sales department on 0333 305 7121.

Lift pass collection
Children booked into our Mini and Kidz clubs will be taken to/from morning ski school lessons, if you have booked into Evolution 2 through us. During peak season this will be extended to include full day lessons.
Our supervised evening childcare service is open from 7:30pm - 10.30pm daily (closed on transfer day and the dine-out evening). The evening listening service is only available for those who have booked daytime childcare and is included in the cost.
During winter - For Babies, Toddlers and Minis we are open 6 days a week from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
Kidz Club is open 5 days a week from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
