Winter Luggage Allowance & Extras

Our ski flights are operated on a British Airways scheduled flight from London Gatwick. Approximately 30 days from departure you will be sent your unique British Airways reference numbers (PNR). This will enable you to manage your booking directly on the BA website to arrange specific seats, additional baggage (including ski and board carriage) and online check-in (within 24 hours of flight).

Customers can carry a ski bag as their one piece of hold luggage without an additional charge, provided they do not exceed the 190cm length and 23kg weight allowance. If customers want to take both a ski bag and a clothes bag, customers must book ski carriage with British Airways or else a £65 fee will be charged each way at check in for the extra bag.
