General Manager

I started my career in 1986 on the island of Skiathos, looking after guests and speaking Greek with the local staff. Since becoming a resort manager in 1992, I have been involved in setting up several new resorts in Greece and Turkey. I am very excited about returning to Lemnos , from the moment, I set foot on the island in 1996 I was overcome by the island’s rural landscape, beautiful beaches and historic sites. Lemnos is one of Greece’s best kept secrets and known for its authentic Greek hospitality and unspoilt surroundings. I look forward to welcoming you to the resort.

The brilliant staff here, many of who are locals, have been perfecting our product for many years and I am looking forward to working with several of them again. Come join us and discover the magic of lovely Lemnos.

Operations Manager

I worked alongside Mark Warner from 2017 to 2019 as the In-depth Diving Manager. In 2020, I changed to work directly for Mark Warner as Operations Manager. Lemnos is the best island as far as I am concerned, as it remains un-spoilt by tourism. It has the friendliest locals who are always happy to chat, and we have the best sunsets by far. When I am not on resort, my time is spent either relaxing on one of the many beautiful beaches or exploring places of interest. It may be a shorter season here in Lemnos, but it leaves you with a lifetime of memories.

Activities Manager

I joined Mark Warner in 2022 as the tennis coach at Lemnos. I enjoyed it so much that I then returned to Lemnos as the Activities Manager. My favourite part about Lemnos is how inclusive the resort is, and the fact that everyone gets to know one another throughout their stay. Another aspect of Lemnos, which is arguably the best in the world, is the view from the restaurant, whilst eating some amazing food. If I am not partaking in one of the on land activities, then I will most likely be enjoying a drink, chatting to anyone I can.

Childcare Manager

Prior to joining the team at Mark Warner in the summer of 2023, I worked as a Childcare Manager in the French Alps for a winter season. I have worked in various nursery and school settings. I am also a trained Primary School Teacher. Lemnos is a beautiful island and the local town of Myrina is traditionally Greek. I love how the friendly the locals are. The views in the evening over the bay are unmatched, and the sunsets are stunning. In my own time, you would find me joining one of the fitness classes or bike rides. I really like sampling the delicious seafood that the island has to offer. I look forward to meeting guests in resort, and I can’t wait to share fun-filled holiday experiences with all, especially the youngest ones joining us here in Lemnos.

Watersports Manager

I started working for Mark Warner in 2018 as a member of general staff and moved my way up as the years progressed. I have held a number of roles including 2 years of as general staff, followed by a year working as a Senior Instructor., for the last 2 years, I have held the position as Beach Manager. From my very first year, I fell in love with the island of Lemnos. I enjoy how quiet the island is during the off-peak weeks but still it has plenty to do. During the peak season, the island gets much busier and there is even more things to do. All of the local tavernas are also open.. The island is perfect for a windsurfer and sailor as the winds can reach a whopping 50 knots!!! When I am not running the beach, I enjoy being out on the water sampling the fantastic winds or the amazing wakeboarding conditions.

Our restaurant team have been serving delicious homemade meals to Mark Warner guests for more than a decade so you're in for a treat when you sit down to eat.

Your stay at Lemnos Beach Resort is booked on a half board basis, so all breakfasts and dinners are included for the duration of your stay. Drinks and lunch are extra but we do have a tasty lunch menu and snacks available each day to keep you going. 

Just let the team now if you have any dietary requirements and they will be sure to look after you.

The Taverna

Enjoy an a la carte lunch in a spectacular traditional taverna setting. Delicious Greek grills and salads are freshly prepared alongside international favourites made to order and served  to your table.

The terrace and restaurant with stunning views across the bay is also the perfect spot to reflect on the day's action at dinner. Time your arrival right and you'll have the added treat of a gorgeous sunset.

Each evening a delicious buffet is prepared with healthy salads, tasty grills, local specialties and indulgent desserts. 

The wine list is stocked with familiar international favourites, but we'd always recommend going local - that's where quality is great value.

Hotel Restaurant

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is hosted on a balcony terrace with magnificent views across the bay. 

Savour continental and cooked breakfasts with plenty of fresh fruit, breads, cereals and pastries. Cooked breakfasts include bacon, eggs, sausages and tomatoes or even a bowl of porridge to fuel an active day ahead.

Something to drink

Whether you're working hard on the tennis courts or perfecting the tan on the beach, holidaying is thirsty work.

The bars are Lemnos are well stocked with all your favourite juices, sodas, and premium coffees to keep you refreshed through the day. 

When the mood takes you dip into the cocktail list, grab a cold beer or get to know one of the house selection of delicious Greek wines.   

Beach Bar

The beach bar has the perfect outlook to view all the action out on the water and as the day draws to a close savour a sundowner cocktail as the sun sets.  

Hotel Bar

Nestled between reception and the terrace leading out to the swimming pools the relaxing hotel lounge bar offers comfortable sofas and bar seating. There are two flat screen TV's for selected sporting events.  

Pool Bar

Tucked under ample shade is the Pool Bar. Open throughout the morning and afternoon its the ideal spot to grab a refreshing juice or your favourite coffee to fuel the day's sporting activities or quality sunbed action.  

Relaxed Evening Entertainment

Many Mark Warner guests opt for chilled, low-key evenings with a sociable drink and a catch up in the bar.
Several times a week the resort lays on some live music or a DJ in the hotel bar. If you fancy it you can join in with the Mark Warner team's quiz night or a game of “Tipsy Tennis” where tennis skill is no barrier to joining in!
The childcare team do of course provide a programme of activities, films and more for our younger guests to enjoy every evening.
