Alastair (Ali) Heald

Resort Manager

I started my career with Mark Warner in 2014, initially as a sailing instructor working in Sardinia. Over the past 10 years I have had the pleasure of working in some amazing locations including Corsica, Sardinia, the French Alps, Kos, Rhodes and of course Lesvos. Aeolian Village is a fantastic location with its beautiful sandy beach and ideal conditions for watersports. Lesvos is a very special island with its sheer natural beauty, rural landscape and of course the warm and welcoming Greek hospitality. The local village is just a short walk away over a river filled with terrapins, or alternatively a gentle stroll along the beach. I look forward to welcoming you to the resort.

I am really looking forward to welcoming you to the island of Lesvos with its stunning scenery, beautiful beach and fabulous beach bar..

Kostas Giarmadouros

Operations Manager

I was born and raised in Lemnos, and started working with Mark Warner in 2013 as an entertainer in Lemnos Village Beach Resort. I then went on to become the Bar Manager there. After a lovely winter in L'Ecrin in Tignes and an amazing summer in Lemnos, I came to the emerald island and Aeolian Village as operations manager. I can't wait to meet all our new guests here and show them the magic of Lesvos.

Lillie Killick

Watersports Manager

I started working for Mark Warner in 2017 as a dual qualified instructor in Sardinia, and worked my way up through the company to become the waterfront manager. I’ve worked in many amazing locations including Tignes, Lemnos, La Plagne, Meribel, Levante, Kamari and then in Aeolian Village! I am very excited about the new addition of winging exclusively here at Aeolian Village. You’ll find me down on the waterfront, I love seeing guests out on the water enjoying everything that we have to offer!

Hi, my name is Gary and I have been a tennis coach for the last 25 years. I have been lucky enough to coach all over Greece and the UK. 10 years ago, I moved into management and running a David Lloyds Club. I have spent 5 years working in the Alps and spent last summer at Kamari. I’m very happy to be working in the summer season at Aeolian Village, looking after the Activities Program and teaching Padel. I look forward to seeing you all around the resort.
