There’s always so much you’ll want to know before and during a job application. We’ve compiled some helpful hints for you prior to applying and some popular FAQ’s to assist you along the way.
All Overseas Positions
How can I apply for a role?
Finding the perfect role is easy! If you know the position you are applying for click on the “Apply for an overseas role” on Careers page of our website and complete the application form. If you require more information on the job roles choose the season you are applying for and select the department for more information. Once you’ve found the perfect position simply click ‘Apply Now’
How do I know my application has been received?
Once you click the “apply now” button at the bottom of the application form your application would have been sent. Please do not worry if you don’t get a confirmation email or are re-directed to a different page, this is normal.
How long after my application will I find out if my application has been successful?
If you are applying for the current or upcoming season we aim to respond to all suitable applicants within 3-5 working days. If you haven’t heard from us, feel free to give us a call for an update on the progress of your application. Once your interview is confirmed, you might find our interview tips helpful to review ahead of time.
When can I apply for a job?
We are always interested in receiving applications, roles are competitive so we recommend you apply early to secure your position. Typically offers for the summer season starts from September onwards and winter from June.
Can I apply for a specific location?
If you want to work in a specific resort you can highlight this on the application form and we’ll attempt to accommodate your request although this is not guaranteed.
Can I apply with someone?

What length of employment contracts are available?
We are mainly looking to employ staff who can work the full season to join our teams. For summer, applicants will need to be available from the end of April / early May until the beginning of November. Some resorts have a slightly shorter season finishing at the end of September / early October. We have some limited peak season contracts on offer from the end of June until the beginning of September. For winter, applicants will need to be available from mid November / beginning of December through to the end of April.
I am not available for the whole season can I still apply?
Yes you can, we have a reserve list of candidates that we can call on as the season progresses. If you are offered a reserve position you will need be flexible on the location. Reserve list candidates will be interviewed as normal.
Will I need to have a DBS Check?
Our Childcare, Watersports and Tennis teams all require criminal background checks or equivalent police checks if outside the UK. Should you need a DBS to be processed, we can assist with this.
What do I need to take with me?
Uniform is provided during the daytime so pack clothes for evenings and days off. In addition we would recommend a watch, smart shoes and any medication that you may need for the duration of your employment. You will be sent a kit list prior to starting. Remember your will have a limit as too how much you can travel with.
Do I need to apply for a visa?
A visa may be required for your employment, if this the case we will assist you through the process.
