Overview
If you love watersports, especially sailing and you want to enjoy some real Greek hospitality, then Lemnos Beach Resort should hit the spot. The restaurant, pool and poolside bar are at the centre of the resort, with childcare and clubs for older children, tucked away in a quiet area. The beach is sandy with warm shallow waters and has a perfect beach bar set back under a grove of trees providing welcome shade.
If you feel like exploring the island there is a shuttle bus which takes you to the local town of Myrina and its harbour, home to colourful fishing boats and wonderful waterside tavernas.
Accommodation
Accommodation is in pretty terraced villas spread up a gentle hillside, ensuring stunning views of the sea. All the rooms are a good size, with floor to ceiling shutters and recently refurbished to a 4* standard. A number of the rooms are split level, and all have a balcony or a terrace facing the sea. There are some family suites with two sleeping areas and some interconnecting rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, have tv's, fridges, tea and coffee making facilities and most can take an extra child's bed or cot. Wi-fi is available in all bedrooms and the main reception free of charge.
Dining
Dining is rather special at Lemnos Beach Resort. Breakfast and lunch are served on a balconied terrace with magnificent views across the bay. In the evening as the cocktails are poured, the air fills with alluring smells as dinner is served in the outdoor ground floor terrace restaurant. Your holiday price includes
