The sun just keeps in shining in Austria. Thursday 8th December saw a continuation of the conditions of late across the country. Snow on the lower slopes is now starting to suffer in places, and is becoming patchy at resorts such as Galltur (0/30cm) and Seefeldd (20/50cm). As has been the case in recent weeks, Hintertux (25/105cm) continues to boast some of the best conditions at present. The resort was running 19/20 lifts on Thursday, and conditions on the upper slopes remain well groomed and in good nick. No change in the forecast for the weekend. The sun in set to hover over the country for in most regions, with the odd cloud predicted for resorts on Sunday 11th December.
