We had a great holiday mostly because of the sport on offer. As a family we participated in multiple activities. I've been to more beautiful locations though so didn't feel like it was a tourism opportunity. Also I feel the food offering from Mark Warner is not as special and varied as it used to be. It felt a bit tired and boring.

Phobia is a new Mark Warner venue for me.
A lovely resort but experienced end of season issues such as low staffing & tired equipment.
The bar prices are extortionate.

Even if the weather is a bit disappointing Paleros still has plenty to offer and the fact that we have been twice this year is proof that we love it!

Great holiday. Good rooms and food. Friendly staff. Good range of activities. Some unfortunate floods and winds meant that sailing was very restricted due to closures. Communication from manager Crispin could have been better. Really didn’t see him much and no checking in to see if we were ok in floods. Highlight was carers Caitlin who was an amazing 1 to 1 to our special needs son. She was brilliant. Lauren was very supportive too. Well done. Tam very friendly at sailing.

Had a great time. Resort was kept very clean, cleaning staff did an amazing job.. club staff were very friendly and engaging. Drinks very expensive.

We visited Paleros last year at the same time - the weather was better last year which there was nothing you could have done about this time!
The food was as expected and more than adequate. There seemed to be a certain apathy from a small minority of the staff towards their assigned activity! I can understand that it's the end of the season and all that but even so.......!

Quiet location, safe for children, village nearby, attentive manager, beach and walk to it rather depressing long and boring transfer, good flight both ways

Brilliant trip - thoroughly enjoyed the intensive tennis week provided by Andrew and Owen, came away with a lot of improvements, great company on the course also! Courts could do with some drainage improvements, though travelled mid October so a bit of rain's expected. Will be back next year!

The grounds are lovely and green, the setting between the mountains on the beach is very peaceful. The tennis socials were lack lustre and could have been better.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly hard working staff both local and Mark Warner. Plentiful buffet style food. Lots of activities. A good value holiday at the end of the season when it was very quiet. Weather mostly held out. Nearby town was interesting

Lovely location although very tired , wonderful staff in dining room & reception very helpful, very enthusiastic activity staff especially Kara , her line dancing classes such fun great patience, her evening stretch class on the dock blissful . Food fresh and plentiful. Sri and her sisters team in the spa absolutely amazing- look after those girls!
