Fresh, locally sourced produce forms an essential part of the buffets and à la carte dining at this intimate resort. The hotel restaurant offers full board dining and includes continental and cooked breakfasts, various salads and hot dishes for lunch whilst evening dining sees an array of antipasti, salads, vegetables, grilled fish and hot dishes with some delicious pastries for dessert. Sardinian specialty cheeses are available with all meals.
The new Silvana restaurant provides additional dining and is open on selected evenings. It presents delicious traditional Sardinian dishes including antipasta served at the table, primi and secondi courses cooked and collected from the display kitchen and a final dolci course of local Sardinian sweets and fruits available from the buffet. This restaurant is available at a small supplement however includes wine.
Perdepera Beach Resort is run on a full board basis, with wine, water and soft drinks all included at lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Your holiday includes a mixture of buffet and à la carte evenings.
