Great hotel, comfortable rooms, food and service was excellent as well. The hotel could not be faulted. The Mark Warner beach facilities were well managed, any issues with the boats were resolved quickly. A few more Pilates sessions on the busy activities schedule would have been appreciated. A great place to have a family holiday with daughter, son in law and two grandchildren. Shame about a 6am flight from Gatwick! Several members of staff went above and beyond our expectations: Jasmine, the Mark Warner Operations manager was always helpful and in control; Necla, the Turkish fitness instructor was always very welcoming and gave great classes: Idil from the costa café and Jetty bar service team made amazing coffee and was absolutely charming. Thank you all 3.

The resort is better than ever- new bar and other facilities. Staff great - really focused on delivering a great experience and food excellent.
Our 15th Mark Warner with our family and we enjoyed it now our children are 26 and 27 as much as we did when they were 3 and 4 - if not more.

Anice resort with good staff. The bikes were in poor condition and the tennis coursts are a bit tired.

The M Warner staff all fantastic and very customer focused. Unfortunately can’t say the same for the hotel staff. Grumpy and not so welcoming in general.

The aeolian Village is such a wonderful hotel. The staff are so friendly, the food is amazing and the rooms are perfect. We took part in all the activities on offer and really enjoyed them, the Mark Warner staff all really make a good effort to get to know you over the week and are always happy to help. The local hotel staff are great too and always willing to help and so polite. This really is a wonderful holiday that we would certainly come back to.
