Excellent week skiing, friendly helpful staff, great ski area and fantastic snow conditions. Few niggles with the hotel (saunas and steam rooms not working, coffee machine a joke) but for the price a fantastic week.

We had a wonderful holiday with Mark Warner, my husband said it’s the best holiday he’s ever been on.
The chalet was in a great position in resort. The staff were fantastic, especially Kat the assistant manager, Lilly who cleaned our room and served our dinner and also Olivia who served us in the restaurant she was on the ball and give us such great service. All the team were friendly and worked so hard making sure we had the best holiday we appreciate all of you!
A massive thank you to the chefs, as the food was delicious, a lovely selection each evening, great portion sizes. We have nothing but positive things to say.
The only negative would be that the pool was slightly on the cooler side, but it didn’t bother my kids and I actually quite enjoyed the challenge of submerging in the cool water plus the added benefit of cold water submersion on the muscles was great.
We would definitely book again!

Fantastic service from Mark Warner as usual, especially the local staff (including the hotel that Mark Warner use) who were always pleasant and professional. And of course a special thank you to Mandy who is always wonderful and helpful.

2nd visit. Generally a nice resort, facilities, food, staff and sports. HOWEVER there are a number of things which were really disappointing, tired and in need of repair. The sun beds around the pool are in a poor condition (around the adult pool at least 10 beds were unusable). Your customers would stack them to one side in a clear and obvious statement of faultiness but they would simply be put out again for use. Toilet facilities, several unusable through out our stay. A large percentage had no locks. The condition of many of the bikes was poor - at one point I counted 4 road and 13 MTBs unusable. Staff were excellent with the exception of the Padel coach - mysogynistic and bullying, we were there to be taught and allowed to play, not told openly that we were no good.

Because its exactly to coin a phrase what it says on the tin ,all inclusive sheltered bay with something for everyone and then some.The airline carrier BA was absolutely one of the quietest smoothest flights I’ve taken which I know is not the holiday but it gets you in the mood far more relaxed when you arrive. The rooms were spacious with Tea an coffee facilities, so home from home.

Good hotel and location with sufficient facilities for the number of guests. Some of the equipment (especially the bikes) was looking worn.
I am disappointed that there for an activity holiday in a hot country that water fountains are not provided and all drinks in resort are expensive v's local provision.
Our children enjoyed the clubs!

We had a great holiday mostly because of the sport on offer. As a family we participated in multiple activities. I've been to more beautiful locations though so didn't feel like it was a tourism opportunity. Also I feel the food offering from Mark Warner is not as special and varied as it used to be. It felt a bit tired and boring.

Phobia is a new Mark Warner venue for me.
A lovely resort but experienced end of season issues such as low staffing & tired equipment.
The bar prices are extortionate.
