• What kind of jobs are available?
Every year, we look for everything from nannies to watersports instructors. The qualifications and experience required vary by role, but for all posts we seek energy, enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude – we’ve got a reputation for excellent customer service to uphold!
• When does the summer season start and end?
The full season runs from April or May to October or November, and ideally you will be available for the whole of it, although limited peak-season contracts (June-Sept) are available.
• Where are your summer resorts?
We have lovely beach resorts in Greece ( Lemnos, Paleros, Lesvos, Rhodes), and Turkey (Foça).
• Can I choose which resort I work at?
You can highlight any preference on your application form and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
• Can I apply with a partner or friend?
Again, you can add the names of people you want to apply with on your application form and we’ll try our hardest to place you together.
• Where do interviews take place?
All interviews are held over a phone call or on Teams
• Where would I live?
Accommodation varies by resort; in summer it includes villas, log cabins and onsite lodgings. You’ll shared with with other staff members: there’s an average of two or three per room.
• How much time would I have off?
Normal daily shift patterns mean you will work six to eight hours a day, with the rest of the day yours to do with as you please. On your day off you can unwind, hire a car to go exploring or make use of the excellent resort facilities.
• What’s the food like?
You get three meals a day, including your day off. Breakfast is continental: mainly cereals and toast. At lunch, expect baguettes, optional sides plus dishes from the previous night’s buffet in the hotel restaurant. Dinner is a hot dish: homemade lasagne or chicken pie, for instance. Or there may be a themed night, such as Mexican. There is always a vegetarian option
