Going on holiday doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to your regular fitness routine. Whether you’re someone who hits the gym every chance they get, are the sporty one in the family, or just like trying new things on holiday, we have a host of ways to stay fit on holiday and have fun in the process.
Every day there’s something different to try when you’re here at Perdepera Beach Resort and staying fit is easy when you see what’s on offer. We always tell runners to head down to the beach to see if they can keep their usual pace going when running on sand. You’ll be surprised how different it is.
We have trainers too providing daily classes around the resort, offering everything from circuit-based training and aerobics to bodyweight exercises and yoga near the beach.
There are two tennis courts at hand for you to check how good your backhand is. The courts are free to use at certain times of day.
We do run lessons throughout the week as well with LTA accredited coaches on hand to offer expert tuition. So even if you’re not that great at tennis, we’ll happily welcome you along to a taster session on your first day.

Are you the kind of person who could spend all day in the pool if they had the chance? Well, you might want to hang around while our aqua aerobics is taking place. Or if you’re a little competitive, we have the occasional water polo game on the go; if you’ve never tried it before, definitely make sure you’re signed up.
With the lush green landscape and coastal hills, the island is something of a cyclist’s paradise. From the cycle centre in the resort, you can hire a mountain bike to go on a guided tour of the surrounding area, of take a bike out on your own mini adventure.

Doing something completely different on holiday is one way to make great memories. Some of the activities we have on offer make for great exercise and hopefully spark a new hobby.
A lot of guests try out stand up paddle (SUP) boarding as an easy way to get an arm workout in while also improving stability, working the core a little too. If you’ve never tried it before, it’s a must.
And with the sea right there waiting for you, don’t forget to try out sailing and windsurfing when you have the chance.
Another great way to see everything Perdepera has to offer and keep fit is through a little exploration of the island. You can hire a car to go see some of the ancient Roman ruins dotted around the island while also stopping off for a few scenic hikes along the way.
Sardinia also has secluded beaches and unspoilt areas to discover.
