Begin your day with either an early morning run or a gentle stroll through the olive trees while sunrise and sunset stretch classes are the perfect start and end to what is guaranteed to be a fulfilling holiday – whether engaging in lots of sport or simply relaxing by the pool.
In between there’s a comprehensive fitness and aerobics schedule with classes to suit everyone. A varied daily programme catering for all levels of fitness allows you to dip in and out of classes.
The sporting activities don’t just end here. Between classes our enthusiast activities team host adult games of water polo and 5-a-side football.

As well as lessons available in peak season at Levante Beach Resort, we also have a dedicated week for those who want to devote more time to swimming whilst on holiday. This week will be held on 15th September 2018 and consists of 1 hour of training per day, run by our brilliant coach with 30 years of experience, Norman Jones. Find out more >>
HIT classes are available at Levante Beach Resort with the HIT programme varying from week to week. Classes will vary between 30 and 45 minutes. Expect a high-intensity interval training (HITT) session, designed to improve your strength and build lean muscle. Let our inspirational coaches motivate you to push yourself harder and feel stronger.

Facilities
Sports pool
New for 2017, a purpose built 25m exercise pool featuring starting blocks and lanes, is ideal for keen swimmers or triathletes wishing to keep up with training whilst on holiday.
Main pool
This free form family pool is 1,349sqm with a varying depth of between 0m to 1.4m at its deepest. The total pool length is 81m.
Adult pool
Perfect for lengths, this rectangular adult pool is 25m long and 12m wide. It varies in depth from 1.2m to 1.5m deep. Water polo and aqua aerobics take place here. Age 18 years and over.
Beach pool
This popular pool with a beach view is shaped similar to a vertical Z (or lightening bolt). At its longest point it’s 25m, 12.5m wide and between 1.2m and 1.5m deep.
Indoor pool
Set within the spa complex this rectangular pool is 12m long, 6m wide and 1.4m deep. It has a constant temperature of between 26-27°C.
Toddler pool
Next to the main swimming pool, this round pool is 0.4m deep and perfect for babies or toddlers. It has shading across part of the pool and sunbeds around the outside.
