With a stunning backdrop of mountains, and a lovely sea breeze there are not many better places to enjoy a game of tennis. San Lucianu has three hard painted tennis courts available at no extra charge for your enjoyment. Top of the range HEAD racquets and balls are also available for your use, free of charge.
Our Mark Warner tennis coach runs a LTA approved programme of coaching sessions and is also available for private tuition at extra cost. During the week we host a laid-back and fun mixed doubles tournament, and social tennis evenings throughout the week.
Tennis tuition is available for complete beginners through to club and county level players for ages 3 years upwards. All group coaching can be pre-booked in the UK and we recommend that you book early as places are limited and extremely popular.
We have various free sessions on offer from social tennis to speed serve however for those that want to take things a little more seriously we have a range of courses for adults and children from group coaching to signature intense courses to private tuition.

You may have seen Dave in Lakitira last year while your tennis training. Dave has been coaching tennis since 2012 at The Academy, which is headed up by Lorraine Ristic, a fully licensed LTA coach who qualified as a PCA (the LTA’s top qualification) in 1996. In 2013, Dave set up a business to work self-employed to run programs and development squads in schools and Tennis clubs. Before being involved in the tennis community, Dave used to be a Nando’s store manager and even worked as a senior sales executive for the MINI group.
"I'm Dave, the Tennis Manager here at San lucianu, I’m an LTA licensed and registered coach who has been playing the game for 25 years with 6 years coaching experience. Based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire when in the UK, coaching at many schools and Tennis Clubs. Represented Gloucestershire as a junior. Last year worked as a Tennis Pro in Kos, Greece. Strong background bringing juniors through into development squads, making tennis ‘fun’ again to get the courts as busy and as enjoyable as possible. Mark Warner is a great place to work as no week is the same as the last, always seeing different people and having new challenges, but always having a great laugh with interesting guests...always a bonus when you can coach in the sun too, rather than the unpredictable UK summers".
