Early February to mid-March is usually a good time for a corporate ski break.
Peak ski season has a bubble around Christmas, as that’s when most families will take a ski break. By rule of thumb, ski season runs from mid-November until the end of April.
Anytime around December will usually be when team members have family commitments in the lead up to Christmas, and Easter is generally quite busy too as folks hit the slopes before the season winds down for another year.
We fly from several UK airports and flights are operated by British Airways, Jet2 and EasyJet.
Flights are scheduled to try and give you better departure times and more comfortable transfers, with flight times confirmed approximately 7-10 days before you go. You’ll also be given e-tickets, so it’s easier to look after relevant travel documents.
We run direct flights from the following airports as standard:
We can attempt to secure transfers and dedicated flights from other UK airports depending on when you plan to travel.

Some resorts do have free places when you’re booking larger groups. Offers you would expect to find when booking outside of peak season include:
Certain chalet resorts may also have discounts for groups during peak season, but you’d have to get in touch with one of our travel experts to find out more.
We recommend getting in touch directly by calling our travel experts on 033 3305 7177. They’ll be able to match your team’s particular requirements to the right location and best time of year to travel.
