Skiers heading for our resorts in the French Alps can start their holiday in a memorable way…
Birds’-eye views of the Alps and of your resort await those taking advantage of Mark Warner’s optional helicopter transfers between Grenoble airport and the French ski resorts of Tignes, Val d’Isère, Méribel, La Plagne and Les Deux Alpes.
As well as being an exhilarating trip in themselves, helicopter transfers are the most time-efficient way of getting to your resort. Awaiting you at the airport, they will whizz you to your destination at up to 200km/h, giving you a head-start and perhaps an extra few hours on the slopes.
The heli-transfers are operated by Whitetracks Helicopters (www.whitetracks-helicopters.com), with prices starting at £450 per person for a 30-minute one-way journey between Grenoble and Val d’Isère, based on five people travelling plus their luggage and ski equipment. The total price of the journey is £2,250, based on between one and five people travelling.
