Francofolies/Live in Tignes 11-13th April 2016
This resort’s annual free music festival this year also incorporates the French-focused Francofolies, which is normally celebrated in La Rochelle. Expect three nights of music from 15 home-bred and international artists on three stages (two on the pistes).
Winter Golf, 28th March–3rd April 2016
A unique golf-on-snow tournament that starts out over seven holes through resort shops and bars (with cocktails, vin chaud and a concert en route) before heading to the highly scenic Alpine Manchet Vallet golf course
Subli’cimes, 3rd–15th April 2016
The resort’s Easter/end-of-season event sees six peaks in the ski area transformed into themed areas offering an array of intriguing activities from reverse bungee jumping to tai chi.
La Grande Dévallée, 30th March 2016
The Piste des Verdons marks its closure for the season with this 3.5km obstacle course; enter solo or as a team, in fancy dress if you dare.
Les 3 Vallées Enduro, 3rd April 2016
Teams of three (pros, amateurs or families) are invited to discover or rediscover the Three Valleys ski area via slalom, schuss, derbys and other challenges.
Feria Blanche, 16/17th April 2016
This weekend-long end-of-season party brings together music, shows, activity taster sessions, waterslides and the chance to meet champion skiers.
Les Deux Alpes
Junior Foliz, 18th-22nd April 2016
This family-focused week embraces street entertainment, musicians, story-telling, workshops and circus tricks, as well as quiet zones and relaxation areas for parents!
Spring Party Festival, 14-20th March 2016
This resort gets into the swing of spring with a big airbag, first tracks experiences, BBQs, zumba, luge, DC Park freestyle sessions and DJ battles.
Piste Bash Festival, 21st-25th March
Méribel’s second season party brings live music, comedy and parties across the resort, plus a big air competition.
The White Thrill, 16th April 2016
This cult Austrian race involves several hundred skiers, snowboarders, snowbladers and telemarkers, with a mass start at 2,650m on the Valluga.
Foire de la Paquerette, 28th March 2016
This being Italy, the stylish resort hosts an Easter Monday artisan’s fair, with more than 300 stalls showcasing local crafts and gourmet produce plus performances by local folk music groups,
