Furniture in rooms was tired, for what is not a cheap holiday. However, rest of resort was all of a good quality, as was all the sports equipment. Staff all very friendly and competent. Would recommend and return.

This is our 4th mark warner and the best yet. Every single member of staff were beyond brilliant. Clearly lead by the lovely Ali. Tennis staff-James was amazing. Sailing-Chris and Harry. But honestly all fantastic. We’ve already rebooked!

Second time in Paleros and it didn’t disappoint. Sailing kit and the sailing crew are all top notch. A bit cooler in the evenings in October and it got pretty windy towards the end of our week, but all thinks considered, a great way to end our summer.

we love mark warner, perfect mix for our family of sailing and tennis but the right balance of doing things as a family plus using childcare to pursue our own leisure activities and/or spend time as a couple. loved the addition of padel this year, particularly a huge hit with our teen/tween boys.

Lovely resort, with a good range of activities and friendly staff. The accommodation was in great condition and really spacious and comfortable. The pools were wonderful. The only minor downside was that we found the childcare (for our 8 yr old daughter) a bit perfunctory, with not that much enthusiasm to keep them engaged. But having said that, she still did enough kids club that we felt the benefit and were able to make the most of the watersports and cycling. Overall a very successful holiday that we would happily repeat.

Phokaia is such a lovely resort. This was our second time coming, as we had a lovely time the previous year. Impeccably kept grounds, friendly staff , great food, decent beds BUT, and this is a big but. It is difficult to find a quiet place to relax either day or night. All the bars, including the restaurant start playing ˋmuzak‘ from early morning and it is not only annoying but takes away greatly from enjoying the beautiful surroundings. At night, the noise from the entertainment in the Jetty and Tikki bar was so loud that it prevented me from sleeping until after midnight and on several occasion until 2 o’clock in the morning. I don’t know how families with children coped. So, lovely as the grounds are, we will not come back.

Excellent facilities plus staff, nothing was too much trouble!
Kit in very good order as was the accommodation and food.
Fabulous having 3 different pools especially the adult one when I needed some adult chill time from my children.
We will return

Fabulous family holiday. So much to do and so many opportunities to relax, too. Fantastic childcare staff, great food, clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent waterfront staff, great spec cycles and team, lots of space on the tennis courts and some brilliant classes in stretching and HiiT etc. We also used the spa for a treat which was wonderful. And of course, happy hour 6-7 with the friendly and prompt bar staff. Kids had a great time and parents had a great time. Improved my sailing and windsurfing and lots of flat countryside to run in.
