Children's Ski

Skiing as a family is a fantastic experience and great fun too.  Our market-leading childcare is something we are immensely proud of and with 30 years experience, we have thought of everything. So you can take time out and hit the slopes knowing your children, whether skiers or non-skiers (from 4 months to 12 years) are in safe hands and having fun. Our British nannies are all top notch and hold either an NNEB, DCE, NVQ or equivalent qualification, or at least 2 years' relevant childcare experience.

We have creches in 9 of our chalethotels all of which are bright, colourful, warm and filled with plenty of games and toys to keep our younger guests entertained.  They are fully equipped with essentials such as cots for daytime naps, potties, bottle sterilisers and fridges. There are also 24-hour kitchen facilities for those early morning or late night feeds.

Our crèches are open after breakfast at 9am enabling you to drop your children off with us and get out on to the slopes early. And for children in our childcare and booked into ski school our nannies will drop the kids off and pick them up when's it's over. They'll ensure they're settled into their class and collect them for lunch and at the end of the day it's back to the chalethotel for tea. Please note that Mark Warner nannies can drop/collect children at alternative ski schools as long as they are booked in for similar times (not the Berangere or Tarentaise)

Children's Mealtimes
Our Chefs and Childcare Managers work closely together to ensure that the meals we produce are appealing to children, nutritious and tasty. If your child has any special dietary requirements (we provide vegetarian options among our choices) or allergies, please inform the Childcare Manager on arrival or when booking your holiday.

Breakfast - Children to be supervised by parents
Lunch - Children booked into childcare & lunching at the chalethotel are supervised by the childcare team
High Tea - At 5pm a supervised high tea is served to the younger children
Early Dinner - During school holidays, an early dinner is served at 7pm

Free Evening Drop in Creche
We run a FREE evening "drop-in" crèche for children from 4 months to 12 years, which is available every evening from 7.30pm to 11pm (closed on Sundays).  Simply drop your children off at the crèche, where our nannies will provide storytime, dvd showing and quiet games leaving you to dine in the restaurant at your leisure. 
If you'd rather your child stayed in your room, we can arrange babysitting at an extra charge. This has to be booked in resort and is depedent on staff availability.

Please note: If your child is use to a particular brand of nappy, milk or formular milk, we suggest to bring your own as it may not be available locally.

Children with Special Needs
If your child has special needs we'll do our best to accommodate them. We simply ask you to call us before booking your holiday to discuss what arrangements we might need to make and to ensure that we are able to help you on your chosen departure.
