A dramatic landscape peppered with charming chalets and lodges,
fresh air by the bucketful and lush, green open spaces, you would
think that summer in the Alps would be a gentle rambling
experience. Well, it can certainly be if you so wish, but for
the most part, you would be entirely wrong. Paragliding,
Go-Karting, 21 Mountain Bike Trails, Horse Riding, Climbing and
walking are just some of the activities that await. There's a
large adventure park, always a big hit with children, and if you
don't feel like straying far, you can always retire to the hotel's
heated indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
Les Deux
Alpes is one of Europe's best summer ski resorts with the
largest skiable glacier. During July and August the largest
skiable glacier is open for business, with 11 ski lifts open from
7am to 1pm daily.
