Diane Lee at Ocean Club Beach Resort on 15th May for a weekof yoga,
sunshine and relaxation.
Diane Lee, an experienced yoga instructor will be providing a
Hatha Yoga course over 6 days with a morning and afternoon
session.
Tuition is available for all abilities and we have 35
places available.
Cost for the course is £204 per person and must be pre-booked in
the UK prior to departure as places are subject to
availability.

Mountain Biking in the
Algarve
Our
guided mountain biking tours are extremely popular and give you the
chance to get out and explore this fabulous part of the Algarve.
Our guides know the local surrounding areas well and will tailor a
ride to suit you as well as advising you on riding techniques for
different parts of the terrain covered. Guided tours cost just 3
Euros.

There are two
coastal rides and one inland:
The first heads east along the coast
on mountain bike paths taking you to a quaint old fishing
village.
The second heads west along the coast where the
beaches are more secluded and the sunsets are
stunning.
An inland ride takes you on forest trails lined
with Eucalyptus and pine trees.
All of the tours have a cafe stop at the half way point so guest
can take a breather and enjoy the scenery. Guided rides at
generally 2 hours long.
We use the specialist Hard Rock bikes which are
modern and light. We provide helmets and child seats for ages 1-3
yrs.
Guests can hire bikes in half day or full day
slots, maps of trails are provided;
1/2 day hire - 5 Euros
Full day hire - 10 Euros
Fitness Programme
We have a full time fitness instructor in Ocean
Club with a daily programme which runs 6 days a week, including
guided walks to explore the local area, relaxing yoga and pilates
and cardio sessions such as aqua fitness and circuits. An example
daily programme is shown below;
