We have a full time fitness instructor at San Agostino with a daily programme which runs 6 days a week, including beach volleyball and cardio sessions such as aqua fitness and circuits. An example daily programme is shown below;

Other activities include, canoeing and kayaking. The waterfront team will get you all set up and launch you off the beach, plus they will offer tips and advise. It's a great way to see the surrounded area from the water and is a relaxing way to spend part of your day.
