Fitness Programme

We have a full time fitness instructors at San Agostino with a daily programme which runs 6 days a week, including beach volleyball, relaxing yoga and pilates and cardio sessions such as aqua fitness and circuits. An example daily programme is shown below;

For days out and excursions, you'll find the area around San Agostino is rich in history.  Koroni and Methoni each have medieval castles, well worth a visit, and the archaeological sites at Messini and Pylos are fascinating.  The ruins of Ancient Olympia are a two hour drive to the North.  For an evening out, or lunch on the harbour, the picturesque town of Kalamata is just next door.
