Take a guided walk
Aside from all the watersports and tennis action
going on, we have a full programme of fitness and activities for
something different.
Each day starts with a guided morning walk
looping round Moriani taking about 40 minutes. Once a week we take
a lovely walk to the waterfalls after lunch, and for the
enthusiastic walker there is a longer morning walk of 1½ hours,
taking in the beautiful surroundings and San Nicolau church.
Take a guided ride
Mountain
Biking is extremely popular at San Lucianu, and we
run guided daily bike rides with an instructor for
all levels of mountain biker.
There are several routes depending on levels
and trips range from 1 to 2 hours in duration. For gentle
rides we explore the green valley and orange groves and mainly stay
on the flat surface. For a more challenging ride, we go off
road into the hills where the views are spectacular cross the
valley and the Mediterranean sea.
Bikes are also available to hire leaving you
free to explore the local area, the valley or further south
to the local port and secluded beaches.
Take a fitness class
Our aerobics instructor runs classes throughout
the day which include stretch and tone, body conditioning, aqua
aerobics and high impact. All classes are held in our shaded,
outdoor exercise area in the gardens or in the pool.
Take on the challenge
For some extra fun there are a number of
different activities going on throughout the day such as beach
volleyball and water polo matches, 5 a-side football and table
tennis. These are all informal and you are free to join in as
you like.
