RYA Youth Scheme Stages 1 or 2 (age 6-13 years)
Stages 1 and 2 introduce children to the basics and fun of sailing, launch and recovery, steering the boat and some theory.  A certificate is awarded on successful assessment.
Duration of Course: 10 hours (over the week)
Ages 6-13 years

RYA Youth Scheme Stage 3 
Included in this stage is learning about rigging, launching, capsize recovery, sailing techniques and theory.  On completion you will be proficient in all points of sail.
Duration of Course: 10 hours (over the week).
Age 8 years upwards

RYA Youth Scheme Stage 4 (age 10 years unpwards)
This stage will teach you sailing techniques which include launch, mooring and recovery, manoeuvres in crewed boats and recovering man overboard.
Duration of Course: 10 hours (over the week)
