1. The closing date for entries into the Prize Draw(s) is Midnight on the respective days of entries (the "Closing Date").
2. The prizes and respective closing dates are as follows:
i. One prize of 1x iPad2 (closing date midnight, Monday 11th April 2011) prize will presented by July 31st 2011. No cash equivalent is available.
ii. 5x £100 Naked Wine vouchers (closing date midnight, Tuesday 12th April 2011). No cash equivalent is available.
iii. 1x HEAD tennis racket and 1x kit bag prizes (closing date, Wednesday 13th April 2011). No cash equivalent is available.
iv. One prize of 1x £150 voucher to be redeemed at SwimHut (closing date Midnight, Thursday 14th April 2011). Delivery charges are to be included as part of the overall amount and will not be covered separately. Voucher must be redeemed by 30th June 2011. No cash equivalent is available.
v. 2x £100 Musto vouchers (closing date, Friday 15th April 2011). No cash equivalent is available.
vi. 1 x Nintendo DS Lite including Professor Layton and the Curious Village (closing date, Saturday 16th April 2011). No cash equivalent is available.
vii. One prize of 1x Mark Warner Holiday to San Lucianu, Corsica for 4 (four) people (adults or children) (closing date Midnight, Sunday 17th April 2011). The holiday must be taken by 24th September 2011. Blackout dates; 30th July and 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August 2011. No member of the party is permitted to have a single room. The prize is inclusive of return flights from London Gatwick, transfers, half board accommodation, accommodation, windsurfing and Sailing tuition, childcare for the over 2yrs. No cash alternative is available. Should the winner have already booked a Mark Warner holiday, they are entitled to cancel it under Mark Warner's cancellation terms and conditions. Pre-bookable extras including childcare for children over two years of age, full board, tennis courses and RYA sailing, and these apply at full price. Normal Mark Warner terms and conditions apply.
The prizes listed above are provided by Mark Warner ‘as is’ and the winner will be responsible for any and all additional costs and expenses that may be associated with the Prizes.
3. Entry to the competition is by submitting the above completed form. There is no limit to the number of times that each prize draw may be entered.
4. To enter, you must be resident in the UK, (excluding Isle of Man & Channels Islands) and 18 years of age or older.
5. By entering the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. Winners will be notified on the day following entry using the email address as supplied on the prize draw form.
7. The following are not eligible to participate: (i) employees and immediate family members of employees of Mark Warner Ltd, its subsidiaries, agents and advisors (ii) employees and immediate family members of employees of any of the Prize providers; and (iii) any other persons assisting with this competition.
8. An entry will be void if it is deemed (by Mark Warner’s sole discretion) to have been made by an ineligible person or to be incomplete or illegible. Mark Warner may require such information as it considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of verifying eligibility or the validity of any entry and any prize may be withheld unless and until Mark Warner is satisfied with the verification.
9. Mark Warner does not make and assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of the Prizes (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute which cannot be excluded).
10. Mark Warner reserves the right to offer alternative prizes at similar value to winners. Use of the prize may be subject to Mark Warner’s standard terms and conditions and other further terms and conditions, which are available on request. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred, given or sold to another person. There will be no cash alternative offered.
11. Mark Warner reserves the right to publicise statements made by or attributed to the prize winners relating to Mark Warner or any other promotion or offer, unless otherwise requested.

13. The promotion will be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Mark Warner’s aggregate liability in relation to this competition (whether in contract or for negligence or breach of statutory duty or otherwise howsoever and whether to any entrant or otherwise) for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused shall be limited to and in no circumstances shall exceed £250 for any one incident or series of related incidents.

16. Nothing in these rules shall affect your statutory rights. Mark Warner may (at its sole discretion) decline to enter into any correspondence save as otherwise stated in these rules.
