This holiday had a lot of strong positives. Skis and boots delivered and returned to the hotel by the hire shop - luxury!. Loads of good seating around the locker room for getting kit on and off. Good food (breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals) Complimentary wine of good quality, compared to some of the petrol we've drunk elsewhere. Without exception, the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Jet2 had decent legroom on plane too (I am 6'4) and Grenoble was a pleasure (if a bit quaint) compared to Chambery. Tons of hot water. Nice and quiet at night. So-so, communal areas nice. Bedrooms comfortable but in need of a spruce up. Two very minor gripes. Wifi at £15 per device!! is absolutely taking the mickey when spending this much on a holiday. Should be free. Secondly, smallest bath towels I've ever seen Overall, had a great week though. Will definitely be using MW again. 3 Valleys easily the best ski area and Courcheval is lovely. Have used all the majors now. MW is nudging out at the front of the pack.

Second time to Hauts de Toviere - last time 6 years ago. Accommodation is fine, maybe we had a better room than most, I don't know, but it was plenty big enough and clean, warm, plenty of storage and plenty of hot water etc. Food was the usual very high standard at Mark Warner, plenty of wine and the staff were very good. Shame there was no hosting, but that is no fault of Mark Warner. Have now stayed in several MW chalets and this was no better or worse than most. Boot room could be a bit bigger, but you put your boots on/off in the reception and it's then only a 20m walk to where you can ski to the lift. The buses and free and regular if you want to go anywhere else and included in your 6 day lift pass is access to the great pool/leisure centre in town - well worth a visit. All in all, Tignes is a great spot for access to the whole Espace Killy. Can't say whether Hauts de Toviere is better or worse than the Aiguille Percee, we haven't been there, but would have no issue in coming back.

First time we've stayed at a MW and it won't be the last. Staff were all kind & friendly and Mike and Tom were amazing hosts and guides. Food was great and plentiful, and the afternoon cake was something we looked forward to every day. A really fun and sociable holiday and one we won't forget. Thank you Adam and your wonderful team!

Fantastic week skiing in St Anton!! Elaine was a great ski host who obviously loves her job. I skied with a lovely group of people & found some beautiful runs. The food was excellent in the hotel, and all staff were very helpful.The spa /steam room was very relaxing & not overly used. The apres ski is also brilliant,particularly the mooserwirt bar !!!! For a quiet relaxing ski, take the bus to Sonnenkopf ( Fiona was also a great ski host) will definitely be back :-]

Another great week in Tignes! Excellent snow and the weather was pretty good too. Most enjoyable aspect of our stay at Aiguille Percee? The scrummy afternoon tea!! Cakes to die for!!!

Flights and transfers superb. Hotel is amazing the bedroom was gorgeous feather quilts and pillows always had a brilliant nights sleep. The bathrooms were super luxurious. Hotel always clean. Staff at the hotel were amazing so friendly and helpful at all times. Special mention to Housekeeping. Food was brilliant. Breakfast choice of full cooked english, or continental. Afternoon tea always had a superb soup and range of cakes and biscuits, the evening meal had good range of choices and I never had a bad meal, and I am a fussy eater. I can honestly say that this was probably one of the best holidays I have ever been on. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel and Mark Warner.

I have been to many chalets over the past 10 years and whilst this one was a little more expensive I can honestly say that it was worth it. All the staff were faultless and looked after us throughout the whole trip. They all went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good time. The food was well above the usual standard and I regret that I did not get a chance to say thank you to the catering staff. The rooms are nicely appointed and perfectly suited to meet most people requirments with comfortable beds and a good shower/bath.

We have just returned from our second visit to Les Deux Alpes. Yet again we had a first class time, fresh snow, little or no queues, great skiing, good food, good wine and good company. We couldnt ask for more!

We had such a good time last year that we booked again this year..and so glad we did! Berangere and its staff were even more welcoming than before. Food amazing, beds comfy, views amazing and immediate access to the slopes! Ski host Rob was lovely and manager Hannah made time for every guest. We'll be back!

This was our first Mark Warner holiday and we were very impressed. The Christina could not be in a better location – right on the piste and with 4 lifts right outside. It was also very handy for the shops and bars in Plagne Centre. The staff were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and we’ve never had our bags carried before! The ski hosting was excellent, better than any I’ve experienced before and we made some good friends in our ski group who we plan to go away with next year. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw afternoon tea! So much variety and all extremely tasty. The same goes for the breakfasts. There was also decent quality wine with dinner. All in all we had a fabulous week’s holiday – one of the best – and we will be going with Mark Warner again.

I thought the staff, very ably led by Katie Sims were absolutely excellent.The atmosphere was very friendly and the dinners, the best I have ever had on this sort of holiday.I fully intend to come again and will cerainly recommend this to my friends,.

Mark Warner's Chalethotel was the perfect base for my week of ski lessons, located a 10-15min walk from Oxygene Ski's meeting point but still centrally located for the bars and shops of Val d'Isere. The food at the hotel was very good - simple, hearty British/Alpine dishes, with a real variety of meat, fish and vegetarian choices. My advice is to get to Afternoon Tea early, to ensure you've digested your homemade soup and naughty gateaux before it's time for dinner! The staff at the hotel really made the experience - always friendly and efficient, and more than happy to join in Articulate when a team is a member down... All in all, a very warm and welcoming place to stay.

We returned to the Tarentaise for the 3rd year in a row - says it all really! It's just such a perfect base for enjoying the 3 valleys slopes. Congrats to the management team for switching flights to Grenoble - the small airport is a much nicer experience than Geneva and the excellent daytime flight times got the holiday off to a super start. The team were very attentive throughout our stay, the selection, service and variation of food was first class. Enjoyed social evenings in the bar by the log fire. The pool tournament generated a lively atmosphere throughout the week. SUPERB HOLIDAY recommended to family, friends and work colleagues.

Great trip again this year to the Dahu, excellent Mark Warner ski hosting and good quality of food. Staff were faultless, excellent value overall with skiing very close to the door. Already planning next Mark Warner ski trip, can't wait.

This was my first stay at the Tarentaise and my third year in a row skiing with Mark Warner. Everything about the holiday was just about perfect.The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent and suits all ability of skier. The food was great and the staff were brilliant. I will definately be using this hotel and Mark Warner again for many skiing holidays.

Best holiday ive had in a long time.We got very well looked after by the staff who all did a fantasic job and entertained us.We are both dirty boarders, who went along with a group of people riding these funny looking devices clicked onto each boot called skis.We loved every minute of it (hosting).A great group of people made the holiday one to remember.Food was fantastic and the wine flowed.Over far to quickly.Bloody good holiday :)

I've recently returned from a Mark Warner beginners ski holiday and was so impressed with the package. The staff at the Chalet Hotel Le Val d'Isere were so friendly and helpful and the ski instructors were fantastic. I was delighted that there was an outdoor heated pool at the hotel - swimming while it was snowing was a highlight of my trip. The food was delicious, with a varied three course menu every night and a lovely afternoon tea. I'd definitely recommend this holiday!

I just came back from a wonderful ski trip where I stayed at Le Chalethotel Val d’Isere, a cosy hotel very close to the slopes. The food is outstanding – three course gourmet meals every night – plus a generous afternoon tea and breakfast! I did ski hosting most days and have to say that the Mark Warner staff are excellent – so helpful and knowledgeable. Will I be going back? Certainly!

We stayed at this hotel for Christmas and had a brilliant time. Food was great and all the staff were more than helpful and really friendly. Ski Hosting days were great and it ment we got to know other guests in hotel as well. The shuttle buses were regular and very handy. We will definitely be looking to return next year. Thanks for a great holiday.

Without a doubt the ski holiday to the Tarentaise was the best I've been on. The hotel was lovely, the staff were all extremely friendly and the fact that we were so close to the slopes was a huge bonus. The main factor for me was the ski hosting; I was in the advance group with Chris and had an amazing week with him! All the hosts were great fun, Adam especially, and I would definitely not hesitate to book another holiday back there!

I have been lucky to spend several holidays at Chalet Loden. It is a beautiful and spacious chalet situated very close to both the piste and Meribel town centre. The chalet benefits from having a huge sitting room area which is exceptionally cosy and perfect for after ski relaxation. This year Mark Warner have really exceeded themselves with their selection of staff – a quite exceptional chef (Ady) is in the chalet kitchen and the food and service has been really exceptional.
